1. Safely lift and support vehicle - remove front wheels and brake components
2. Remove steering knuckle - disconnect tie rod, drag link, and steering arm
3. Press out old king pins - use a hydraulic press
4. Inspect axle beam bores - check for ovality or damage
5. Install new bushings - press into axle beam with oil holes aligned
6. Ream bushings to size (if required) - achieve correct king pin clearance
7. Lubricate king pin - apply high-quality chassis grease
8. Assemble thrust bearing - place as per OE orientation
9. Insert king pin - tap into place using brass drift
10. Check end play - should be ≤ 0.005 inches
11. Reassemble steering knuckle, seals, and caps
12. Grease thoroughly - pump until fresh grease appears
13. Reinstall wheels and brake components
14. Road test and re-torque after 500 km
